[paper] ggtree: an R package for visualization and annotation of phylogenetic trees with their covariates and other associated data

Our paper of the software, ggtree, had been published on Methods of Ecology and Evolution, http://onlinelibrary.wiley.com/doi/10.1111/2041-210X.12628/abstract.

The ggtree package was released within the Bioconductor project and designed for visualizing and annotating phylogenetic tree using grammar of graphics implemented by ggplot2.
